Career Guidance and Placement Cell
In order to facilitate job placement, K.V.VS College of Science and Technology Placement Cell is crucial in putting students in touch with prospective companies. In order to promote an Industry-Institution Interaction, the cell is in charge of both on- and off- campus placement activities, bringing together students and the business community. The placement cell runs a number of training programmes for placement and employability skills over the course of the six semesters to get students ready for their future professions. Making and keeping connections with future employers is one of the Placement Cell's core duties. Reaching out to businesses, recruiters, and hiring managers is one way to make sure that students have access to a variety of employment options. Additionally, the cell organises on-campus hiring activities including career programmes, campus interviews so that students can network with and interview with prospective employers.

Objectives of the Cell

• To Assist students develop and implement successful job search strategies.
  
• To assist employers to achieve their hiring goals.
• To empower students with life-long career decision-making skills.
• Up gradation of the students communication skills and personality development by inviting experts from outside for seminars/ classes.
• To Act as a link between students, alumni and the employment community.
