In collaboration with Clovers Safety Services Pvt. Ltd., a premier training and development organization, the centre offers specialized courses and certifications in fields such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Health and Safety, Management & Leadership, Defense Services Examination Coaching, Foreign Language Training, Abroad Studies, and coaching for State and Central Government Examinations, including Civil Services. Each course is backed by PAEP (Publicly Auditable Evidence of Performance), ensuring students' skills and competencies are clearly demonstrated through verifiable credentials. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry demands, preparing students with the practical expertise and certifications required to thrive in a competitive job market and enhancing their overall employability and career prospects.

Publicly Auditable Evidence of Performance (PAEP)

PAEP (Publicly Auditable Evidence of Performance) is a unique approach developed by the International Board of Skills and Development (IBOSD), USA, to ensure that learners not only have academic knowledge but also possess the practical skills required in their field. This rigorous process includes academic assessments, live project demonstrations, and panel interviews, where students showcase their competence and real-world application of skills. All performance evidence is documented and maintained both by the individual learner and the awarding body (IBOSD), ensuring transparency and accountability. PAEP provides employers with verifiable proof of a student's abilities, making it a trusted benchmark for skill certification and enhancing employability.

• The Special Skill Development Program at KVVS Centre for skill Development is designed to mentor graduates and postgraduates, preparing them for the challenges of the modern, technologically advanced world. This comprehensive program offers a range of valuable opportunities, including Leadership and Sales Management Training, Spoken English development, and Communication Skills
• International Skill Certification in Al relevant to their field of study.
• Participants will also receive German A1 Coaching 1-year Physical Fitness Training under a qualified PTI, and gain Media Exposure. Additional opportunities include Writing and Publishing, Public Speaking, and 100% placement support based on PAEP.
