Botany Lab

The Department of Biotechnology was set up in 2005 and PG started on 2020. The Department offers Post Graduate course in Botany and a double main under graduate course along with Botany, the course named as Career related FDP in Botany and Biotechnology. The department also offers various add on courses in addition to the programmes offered. The department has well-equipped laboratory with a good potential for development. The students are encouraged to use the laboratory facilities and every student is taught to use the various equipment as per their need so as to have hands on expertise in doing lab experiment. The spacious laboratory are equipped with various advanced instruments which facilitate undergraduate student’s practice and have some of the latest equipments that assist postgraduate students in conducting research.
