Examination Cell

The Exam Cell is responsible for conducting all the end semester examinations of the college as directed by the University of Kerala. Examinations are the key component in any Academic Institution. They regularly and deliberately test the candidate’s comprehensive and understanding ability in the various streams which they have taught. The students’ academic progress will be exposed through two CIA & Model exams and marks will be published in the notice board that is duly signed by the students. At the culmination of all, a certificate will be awarded as a proof that the recipient has satisfied all academic requirements largely by passing all examinations University of kerala.

  • Bringing more transparency in the examination and evaluation system.
  • Preparation of smooth conduct of Examinations, preparation of time – table schedules, Invigilation duty chart, Seat allotment in the Examination halls, Collection of answer scripts and submit to CoE.
  • Monitor the process of electronic examination that is managed by the committee of department.
  • Bring it to the notice of CoE, if any unforeseen incidents occur during examinations along with the invigilator.
  • Ensure that all written exams are held in accordance with the regulations of the University.


STUDENT INSTRUCTIONS

As per the university guidelines
  • The students are instructed to be on time for the examination. They will not be allowed to enter the hall after 30 minutes of the commencement of the examination under any circumstances
  • The student must be present in the exam hall by 09.30 A.M for the FN Session and by 13.30 P.M for the AN Session.{Late comers will not be entertained for the examination}
  • The students should bring their Hall tickets before entering the hall {In case of loss of hall ticket,obtain the duplicateof the same issued by the office before the exam.
  • The Students must strictly follow the Dress Code (As given in the College Calendar; Students are instructed not to wear casual dresses and Slippers and come to the exam hall
  • The students should enter the hall only after the verification of the ID card by the hall invigilator.
  • The students are instructed to keep their MOBILE PHONES, Smart Watch and other electronic devices (except calculator) outside the hall.
  • Check the Answer Booklet for any damages.
  • Fill the first sheet of the Answer Booklet with the guidance of the hall supervisor.
  • Ensure the first sheet of the Answer Booklet is filled without any mistakes.
  • No Whitener or any other form of alteration should be done on the First Sheet.
  • No Additional Sheets will be provided under any circumstances.
  • Write the Answer Booklet Serial Numberand sign in both attendance sheets.
  • Check your question paper and subject code as soon as you receive it.
  • Borrowing of Stationeries is strictly bannedinside the exam hall.
  • Malpractices including Possession of Bits, Smart Watch, Mobile Phones, writing on stationeries, calculators, hall tickets, clothing, etc… will be viewed seriously.
  • Before handing over the paper, check whether all the details in the first sheet of the answer booklet have been filled including the page numbers and the initial of the hall supervisor.
  • General Discipline has to be followed during examinations strictly.
