“PRAKAZATA” - Commerce & Management Club

Commerce formed an Association Club in the name of “PRAKAZATA” (a Sanskrit word, meaning brilliance) in the year 2014. The aim of “Prakazata” is to fulfill the vision and mission of PG Department Commerce and Management.

Functions of prakazata

In the initial stage of every academic year the department divided the entire commerce students in to different groups. “Prakazata” conducted different group activities for promoting managerial efficiency and group co-ordination among students. Through these activities students will attain Problem solving skill, Decision making skill, Programme planning and executing skills .Different new methods of pedagogy are experimented here.PG students organised quiz programsevery year in the name of “Maslow Quiz” for UG students through three stages of selection .The winners are appreciated through certificates and prizes. In the end of each academic year “Prakazata” orgainsed a grant event in the name of Chamber of Commercio Fest.In this fest, whole students in the department, are formed into different groups and participated in different group competitions. The organisers and winners are appreciated in college day by awarding certificates and trophies.Each year “Prakazata” conducted an industrial visit to nearby industries for final year commerce students. “Prakazata” orgainised Workshops and Seminars in each year.
